13. CalOPPA & “Do Not Track” Disclosures
In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579):
- This Privacy Policy is conspicuously posted and linked from the Service, and it identifies the categories of Personally Identifiable Information We collect (Section 3) and the categories of third parties with whom We may share it (Section 6).

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals
There is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to DNT browser signals. We do not engage in cross-site tracking of users for advertising purposes, and We do not permit third parties to collect Personal Information about Your online activities over time and across different websites through our Service for that purpose. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing as described in Section 12.
14. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) and the FTC’s COPPA Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 312).
The Service is also not intended for individuals under 16 in jurisdictions where a higher age of digital consent applies (for example, under Article 8 of the GDPR, where Member States set an age between 13 and 16). Where We rely on consent as a legal basis and Your jurisdiction requires parental consent, We may require a parent or guardian’s verifiable consent before collecting and using that information.
If We learn that We have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, We will promptly delete that information. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us at 6424775@gmail.com. Parents and guardians may:
- review the Personal Information collected from their child;
- request that it be deleted; and
- refuse to permit further collection or use of their child’s information.
15. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to websites not operated by Us. If You click a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the privacy policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, We will notify You by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect, and, where required by law, obtain Your consent. We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
17. Contact Us
If You have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or wish to exercise any of Your rights, You can contact Us:
- By email: 6424775@gmail.com
Please include enough detail for Us to understand and respond to Your request, and indicate the jurisdiction You reside in (e.g., California, EEA, UK) so We can apply the correct rights.
